Privacy policy

Last updated 12 August 2026

The short version: this site has no forms, no accounts, no analytics, and sets no cookies. Our host records standard server logs, and the page loads fonts from Google, which means Google sees your IP address. That's all of it. The detail is below.

1. Who's responsible

This site is operated by [Results Repeat, LLC — confirm exact legal entity name] (“we”, “us”, “our”), [Mailing address]. For anything in this policy, reach us at privacy@getarti.com.

This policy covers getarti.com only. Arti the platform has not launched; when it does, it will have its own privacy policy and data processing terms covering the client data agencies put into it.

2. What we collect

Nothing you type

There is no sign-up form, contact form, waitlist, or newsletter on this site. We have no way to collect your name, email address, phone number, or company from it, and we don't.

Server logs

Our hosting provider, [Hosting provider — e.g. Cloudflare Pages / Netlify / Vercel], records standard request logs when a page is served. These typically include:

  • your IP address;
  • the date and time of the request;
  • the page or file requested, and the response code;
  • your browser and operating system (the user-agent string);
  • the referring page, if your browser sent one.

We use these only to keep the site running, understand rough traffic volume, and investigate errors or abuse. We don't use them to build a profile of you, and we don't try to identify you from them.

Fonts loaded from Google

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and user-agent, and handles that data under Google's privacy policy. We don't receive anything from Google in return, and Google Fonts does not set cookies for this purpose. If you'd rather not have that request happen at all, blocking fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com will leave the site fully readable in a system typeface.

No cookies, no tracking

We set no cookies and use no local storage. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no chat widget on this site. Because we don't track you across sites, there is nothing for a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off — but we honor those signals if we ever add anything that would need them.

3. Why we're allowed to do this

If you're in the UK, EU, or another place with similar law: we process server-log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing our own website (Article 6(1)(f) UK/EU GDPR). We rely on legitimate interest for the font request too — it delivers the site as designed. If we later add anything non-essential, such as analytics or marketing tools, we'll ask for your consent first.

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't rent, trade, or transfer it for anyone else's marketing.

The only third parties involved in this site are:

  • our hosting provider, which serves the pages and keeps the logs;
  • our domain and DNS provider;
  • Google, for the fonts described above.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, if we need to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property — and if our business is ever sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that, subject to this policy.

5. Where it's held

Our hosting is in the [United States], and the providers named above may process data in other countries. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or an equivalent approved mechanism.

6. How long it's kept

Server logs are retained by our host for [retention period — confirm with your host, commonly 30 days], then deleted or aggregated. We keep no separate copy.

7. Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS. It is a static site with no database and no user accounts, which means there is very little to protect — but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy;
  • have inaccurate information corrected;
  • have information deleted;
  • object to or restrict our processing;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • opt out of sale or sharing of personal information — we don't do either;
  • not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email privacy@getarti.com. We'll respond within the time the applicable law allows — [45 days under the CCPA/CPRA, one month under UK/EU GDPR — confirm]. We may need to ask you for information to verify your request, and you can use an authorised agent where the law provides for one.

Because our only record of a visit is a server log tied to an IP address, we usually cannot connect a request to a specific person's log entries. Where we can't identify you in our records, we'll tell you so rather than guess.

If you're in the UK or EEA and you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Children

This site is aimed at people running marketing agencies, not at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

When this site changes — a waitlist form, analytics, a launch announcement — this policy will be updated before the change goes live, and the “last updated” date at the top will move. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we'll say so plainly at the top of this page.
